Larger projects and multiple spaces
$85 per hour, per organizer
For multiple rooms, moving and unpacking, estate preparation, whole home decluttering, and small business projects.
Two person team
$170 per hour
Recommended when you want faster progress or when the scope benefits from two organizers working together.
What is included: Personal help with decluttering, categorizing, space planning, organizing, and basic labeling.
Products and additional time: Organizing products and supplies are billed separately at their actual cost and purchased only with your approval. If a project needs more time than the selected package includes, work continues only after your approval at $85 per hour, per organizer.

Two professionals. One shared belief in calmer spaces.
The idea for The Sort Station began while one of our founders was working as a certified real estate appraiser. Visiting homes across the area revealed a need that traditional staging did not always address: many families needed practical, personal help to declutter and organize the way they actually live.
Her business partner, a certified teacher, saw the same challenge in a different setting, from crowded classrooms to overstuffed backpacks. Together, they recognized how much a clear environment can support focus, confidence, and peace of mind.
They created The Sort Station to offer kind, capable, and approachable support for homes and small businesses in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities.

Is professional organizing expensive?
It does not have to be. We can focus on one important space, work in phases, and use containers or furniture you already own. Your free consultation helps us recommend an approach that fits your needs and budget.
Is my project too small?
No. A single closet, pantry, desk, stockroom, or small business workspace can make a meaningful difference. No home project or business is too small to ask about.
Do I need to clean before you arrive?
No. Please do not feel you need to prepare the space for us. Seeing it as you normally use it helps us understand what is and is not working.
Will you make me throw things away?
No. You remain in control of what stays and what goes. We provide guidance, structure, and encouragement without pressure or judgment.
Do I need to buy organizing products first?
Usually not. We prefer to understand the space and what you are keeping before recommending containers or other products.
Can you help after a move?
Yes. We can help unpack, group belongings, establish practical homes for items, and make your new space functional much sooner.
